Water Filtration System

Softening Plant
Softening plant is designed to softened the water i.e. To remove the hardness from the water by removing calcium & magnesium by exchanging the ion in water by using ion exchange resin i.e. Cation exchange. Softening plant is available in Manual as well as PLC based control system with Fully automatic option. It is available in FRP/MSRL models.
Ultra-Filtration Plant
Ultrafiltration is one membrane filtration process that serves as a barrier to separate harmful bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants from clean water. An ultrafiltration water system forces water through a .02 micron membrane. Suspended particles that are too large to pass through the membrane stick to the outer membrane surface. Only fresh water and dissolved minerals pass through.We furnish Ultrafiltration Systems, which are highly efficient in cleaning water impurities. We use the most modern technologies with the best components to fabricate these ultrafiltration systems. Our ultrafiltration systems can also be manufactured as per the client’s requirements.
Reverse Osmosis
Reverse Osmosis system are designed and manufactured to remove total dissolve solids (TDS) from raw water. We are using advance membrane technology in our RO’s to allow water to pass through a semipermeable membrane.
DM Plant
Demineralization plant is based on cost effective ion technology with counter current regeneration. DM Plant is the process of removing minerals salts from water by using the ion exchange process. The DM Plants are loaded with highly efficient CATION & ANION exchanger & are also loaded with degasification system to remove every trace of minerals from the system. DEW TECHNOLOGIES offers standard DM Plants with FRP / MSRL & SS construction.
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
DEW TECHNOLOGIES Water design, manufacture, supply and provide the services for the Sewage Water Treatment Plant. The system is designed to work on high MLS and low HRT by using the state of art technology MBR that is Membrane Bio Reactor Which is highly sophisticated and less complicated.
EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT

CONDENSATE POLISHING UNIT
Condensate from distilleries & sugar industries is having high COD & BOD counts, which is treated through anaerobic and aerobic treatment (CPU). characteristics, BOD from 100-150 mg/l, COD 250 to 500 mg/l, colour less and pH around 4-5. Whereas. Condensate from distillery unit is having characteristics BOD ranging from 2200 to 2500 mg/l, COD ranging from 8000 to 4500 mg/l, colour less, acidic in nature. After conventional CPU, impurities like COD, BOD, and inorganic components present have to be removed to get quality water for waste water recycling.
Dew Technologies has developed and deployed cost effective and sustainable membrane based technologies for this problem.
Dew Technologies enabled sugar & distillery factories to recycle 90-95% effluent water and achieve total water management through resource conservation, reutilisation and recycling, wherein “Zero water intake” was achieved practically to meet the process demand. Dew Technologies offers treatment solution for both condensates, consisting of chemical precipitation and biological treatment process (for distillery UASB/reactor followed by Extended Aeration and anaerobic filter followed by Extended Aeration for sugar condensate) and advance tertiary treatment for reuse.
